AI PRODUCT OS / METHOD & CASE NOTES

AI Product OS: building AI into the product team’s work.

A practical account of connecting team needs, internal tools, review points and AI adoption.

AI Product OS is my framework for connecting team needs, internal tools, human review and everyday AI use in product-team transformation.

The context and my role

As an AI Product Owner at HangiKredi, I lead AI transformation across the product team. My work includes internal tools similar to Jira and Confluence, a project-management dashboard, productivity workflows, idea contribution, AI use and training.

The problem is larger than a prompt.

A tool is useful when it fits a real task. Planning, documentation, analysis, ideas and delivery already form a connected workflow. Bringing AI into only one step can leave the handoffs and decisions unchanged.

Five connected areas

  1. Internal work and knowledge tools

Tools similar to Jira and Confluence, shaped around the product team’s needs.

  2. Project visibility

A project-management dashboard that makes the work easier to follow.

  3. Productivity

Tools and workflows intended to reduce repetitive work and simplify daily tasks.

  4. Ideas and contribution to value

Systems that support ideas, suggestions and their connection to product value.

  5. AI use and training

Helping the team use AI in everyday product work, alongside building the systems.

Method: begin with the work, then design the system.

The starting point is the task, the user and the constraints. I make scope and acceptance explicit, structure the work into reviewable outputs and keep product decisions visible. Adoption and training belong in that loop, alongside implementation.

01

Define the need

Problem, user, constraints and scope.

02

Make the output reviewable

Requirements, acceptance and work items.

03

Keep human decisions explicit

Product intent, priorities and approval points.

04

Support everyday use

Practical use, training and feedback.

A worked example: from a need to a backlog

The selected-work page contains an interactive reading-goal example. It follows a need through product definition, acceptance criteria and a development backlog. The example is representative; it is not an internal HangiKredi document.

Evidence and what can be concluded

The role and five work areas are my first-person account. The workflow example shows the method. This public page does not provide internal system screenshots, adoption data or before-and-after performance measurements. Those limits matter when judging the work.

A workflow demonstration can explain behaviour; it cannot establish productivity gains on its own. I do not substitute illustrative examples for measured outcomes.

Questions for a fuller case study

A fuller case should show the initial task, constraints, my contribution, the review points, a shareable output and the evidence used to assess the result. Any numerical comparison needs a defined baseline, period and source.
